Learning and growth opportunities
Being part of Cre-Siendo Juntos in Colombia gives schools across the country the opportunity to access various learning and growth opportunities beyond the Growth Manual. A resource bank has been organized, where participants will find additional study materials related to each of the Manual’s modules; this includes materials on school climate, formative assessment, healthy relationships in school, among others.
Virtual webinar sessions are also scheduled, accessible to all program participants, to reinforce the contents of the Manual. In June, we held a webinar on Integral Teacher Growth, featuring the Manual’s author and the program’s leadership team in Colombia. The webinar reflected on the importance of teachers focusing on their growth in all aspects and nurturing their personal development.
