A workshop where a policy influencing strategy for quality education will be developed and where participants will be trained in the practice of lobby and advocacy.
Content of the workshop
During this workshop participants will develop a policy influencing strategy together. The central question is how, in a given political context, to engage with governmental and political actors to increase the quality of education. The red thread for this workshop is the advocacy manual from Woord en Daad, and together with our clients we will design a tailor-made workshop. This workshop might consist of some of the following or other elements:
- Advocacy in your project
- Actor & power analysis
- Effective networking
- Advocacy monitoring & evaluation
- Live advocacy experience
- Tips and tricks for advocacy
- Managing advocacy
- Choice from WD advocacy manual 2015
